PnyxCMS

A clean, lightweight PHP CMS. Open source and EUPL licensed.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website pnyxcms.eu. It explains what data is processed when you visit, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The data controller is Konstantinas F. Pacevičius. You can get in touch through Codeberg. Please note that issues on the Codeberg tracker are public, so do not post personal details there.

What is collected

pnyxcms.eu has no user accounts, no forms, no analytics and no advertising. It sets no cookies, loads nothing from third-party servers and uses no tracking of any kind.

The only personal data processed is what every web server receives with a request. It is written to server logs:

  • your IP address
  • the date and time of the request
  • the requested address and the request method
  • the response status and size
  • the referring page, if your browser sends it
  • your browser's user agent string

The CMS itself also logs errors, such as requests for pages that do not exist, with the same details.

Where, and for how long

The site is self-hosted on a server in the European Union. Logs are not shared with anyone, are not used to build profiles, and are deleted after 14 days. Data is kept longer only if it is needed to investigate a specific security incident.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Because logs are identified only by IP address, you may need to provide the IP address, date and time of your visit to find the matching entries.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the site changes. The current version is always available on this page.
